Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We’re working on expanding across the GCC. For any GCC order enquires, please reach out to us at support@nad2go.com
Order processing:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays.
United Arab Emirates delivery:
We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days across all Emirates. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Unfortunately, we do not ship on Sundays.
Shipping costs and Customs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. International orders (when available) may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking and delivery issues
